The New York Benefits for Educators and Students Trust (NYBEST), is a not-for-profit unincorporated association of NYS public school districts formed for the purpose of supporting BSOs and HR administrators by reducing employee benefits costs, offering quality benefit plans and providing professional benefits expertise. Each of our 138 member school districts designate a representative to serve on the Board of Governors; NYBEST Executive Committee members are elected from this Board.
